​The Education Services for Overseas Student (ESOS) Regulations 2019 replace the ESOS Regulations and commence 1 October 2019.
 
The new regulations are substantively the same as the current ESOS Regulations. Providers will be required to enter a small amount of additional information on PRISMS from 1 October 2019 onwards.
