AEI, Austrade and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) recently presented at the Australian Education Fair. Organised by the Association of Australian Education Representatives in India (AAERI), the Fair was held from 31 July to 12 August in six cities across India.

 

The Australian High Commissioner to India, H. E Peter Varghese AO, inaugurated the event in New Delhi.  The Fair presented an opportunity for more than 600 prospective students seeking an international education to interact directly with educational institution representatives, faculty, alumni and Australian Government officials.

 

AEI, DIAC and Austrade presented seminars to prospective students focussing on the quality of Australian education and training, the student experience in Australia, support mechanisms in place for international students in Australia, Australia Awards and student visa information.
