Japan-Australia Joint Symposium

Hokkaido University and Murdoch University will hold the next Japan-Australia Symposium on Plant Sciences for Agriculture on 11-12 December 2012 at Murdoch University, Perth.
 
Alternating between Japan and Australia, the fourth symposium of this series will focus on crop improvement, forest health, plant resources, and biosecurity. Speakers include Dr Derek Goto from Hokkaido University, Professor Hiroo Fukuda from the University of Tokyo (best to double check with Derek), and Professor Mike Jones from Murdoch University.
 
Registration for the Symposium is free, and required by 25 November. To facilitate active and open interaction, attendance will be limited to a maximum of 50 participants.
